Sailman 3500 Full Batten System

Sailman-3500 has been specifically designed for use in composite spars or masts with very narrow grooves. The latest plastic alloys have been used in the slide moulding to provide super strength despite the ultra thin 3.4mm waist. A low friction additive makes for easier operation.

The new Sailman-3500 is supplied fitted with the solid stainless steel universal hinge from our reputed Sailman-4000 slides. It is best used with our Series-35 batten boxes that offer a light and durable means retaining and tensioning the batten. They are also available fitted with a ‚cotton reel™ for webbing to the sail in head and intermediate positions. Available soon will be flat versions designed for spars with very shallow grooves or with older side opening mast gates.
